I LOVED the amazing views across the city from my room! the staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again. Views are even better in person!

The room had such a homey vibe, and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. As a business traveler who appreciates comfort and a relaxing atmosphere, this room ticked all the boxes.

Personally, I found the lighting a bit dim, but I understand others might enjoy the cozy ambiance.

Consistently courteous staff made our stay great and the service was excellent. T-Centralen metro station was 10 min away.

The location was perfect, near public transport and major landmarks like The Royal Palace and Stockholm City Hall. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious; the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. Despite some minor issues with dinner service and noise from a nearby event, the hotel promptly addressed our concerns. The hotel's relaxation facilities and nearby attractions truly enhanced our family bonding experience. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We loved the hotel and Stockholm, had 4 special days there. The standard queen room suited us: it had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television.

The breakfast and the room upgrade were delightful surprises amidst some initial hiccups. The view from the 14th floor was simply stunning, overlooking the entire city.

All was fairly clean, I appreciated very good staff and rooms. The rooms with the best views, very comfortable bed, for example. The restaurant was great, it had excellent meals.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Central station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff here is incredibly welcoming and friendly, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. the room service is top-notch, and the housekeeping staff ensures the rooms are clean and comfortable throughout your stay. the modern decor of the hotel is inviting, and the room size is excellent. the breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality products, catering even to those with special dietary needs. the hotel also offers a lovely bar/lounge area for guests to relax in.

One thing that could be improved is the firmness of the beds, which may not suit everyone's preference. the panoramic views from the rooms may not live up to expectations as they mostly overlook the hotel itself, though still offering a pleasant sight.

I loved the hotel, it was brand-new and overall clean with strategic location close to everything. A huge variety of supplies in the room: coffee and tea/coffee. Exceptionally comfortable beds were provided. They made my stay wonderful!

Helpful staff and hip new place. Very very good building and rooms with Scandinavian decoration. The breakfast was SAVOURY with lots of options in the bar. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Stockholm.

As longer term business travelers, we found the location to be brilliant with easy access to everything in the center of town. We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the city. the hotel was ideally located, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We especially loved the beautiful view from the breakfast area. it was a fantastic experience.

We were a bit disappointed with the parking charges. We think they could have been more reasonable, especially considering there was ample free parking space available.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat as it provides various spaces including four conference halls that can be combined into a large venue with a capacity of up to 750 attendees in a mingle reception or 500 in a theater setup. With 15 flexible meeting rooms, it offers great flexibility for different meeting sizes.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center.

The RBG restaurant was an absolute gem, serving up smoked fish that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, easy access to transport and a stunning view of City Hall from the 16th floor—it's the cherry on top.

Staff had a blip with passport requests, but the dining, room size, and prime location kept the vibes high.

The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for socializing or enjoying a quiet moment. The hotel's accessibility for senior people is remarkable, with convenient ramps and wide corridors, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for guests with mobility needs.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children of the staff to be more understanding and accommodating when it comes to addressing guests' comfort concerns.

Staying here was amazing! This venue is very convenient being directly beneath the central station, making transportation a breeze. The staff were great, from upper management down to housekeeping, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, even making dinner reservations for our anniversary. The facilities were top-notch, including a fitness studio and cozy lounge area. The room itself was exquisite, with a sitting area, in-room safe, comfy bed, and tea and coffee facilities. Housekeeping was outstanding, and always kept our room clean and stocked with fresh toiletries.

The eco-friendly touches, like using ice tanks to cool the place, had me geeking out. My room felt like a chic oasis after a long day of meetings. The lunch buffet was a feast for the senses. I even found a cozy fireplace spot for some well-deserved R&R. Can't wait to plan my next event here!

From my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, spa, and more. I keep coming back, and I'm excited to return for Christmas.

We had an amazing time exploring Skansen, an awesome outdoor museum with old-style houses and cute animals. The whole family enjoyed learning about Swedish traditions and wildlife, and the kids loved the zoo and aquarium. The convenient location of the hotel made it easy for us to visit this incredible place.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a larger kids' play area to keep the little ones entertained during our downtime.

The event spaces were flexible and fully equipped, the fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment, and I enjoyed exploring the charming Old Town and the maritime museum.
